some people would say, it is not an ideal job. But for real estate
practitioners, being a realtor is the best career they can ever have.

A Realtor can sometimes be called a real estate agent
or affiliated real estate professional is a member of the Department of
Real Estate (DRE). Realtors are known to help home owners and home

requirements – All licensed real estate agents and realtors are
required to take continuing education courses approved by their state
licensing boards. To retain membership in your local DRE, Realtors and
agents are required to take additional continuing real estate classes,
often focusing on ethical work habits and other consumer protection
topics.
